Appointment Letters and Identification Cards for LAFC

As of August 2006, appointments of LAFC are limited to three years; LAFC identification cards now note the expiry date of the appointment. This new detail will enable the OFC to maintain a more up-to-date LAFC database.

The OFC will re-appoint all LAFC with revised appointment letters and the 3-year identification cards by December 31, 2007. The appointment letter outlines the legislated and expected duties of a LAFC. Once you accept the appointment as LAFC, you are expected to carry out the roles and responsibilities as outlined in the letter, which are further detailed on this website.
